Replacement Policy
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we understand that sometimes issues occur, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through our replacement policy.
Eligible for Replacement:
- Damaged items received
- Defective products
- Wrong item delivered
Replacement Process:
- Contact us within 4 days of delivery
- Provide order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will verify and approve replacement
- Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
- If, for any reason, the replacement cannot be completed, the refund will be credited to your Kavya wallet account.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags
- Replacement subject to stock availability
- If replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued
Not Eligible:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size/color selected by customer
- Items damaged due to misuse
